My support retainers are designed to help you maintain and grow your online business.

My agreements typically cover the following:

  • Monthly WordPress and plugin updates
  • Telephone support
  • Email support
  • Access to Trello (bug reporting system)
  • Visual bug-fixes (missing images, incorrectly displaying web fonts, etc.)
  • Functional bug-fixes
  • Feature requests (I will provide time estimates as far as is possible)
  • Browser issues (back to 2 versions behind current version)
  • Altering data directly in a database if required
  • Typos and grammatical errors
  • Content updates via the content management system
  • Hard-coded content updates (in instances where you cannot change content through WordPress)
  • Fixing errors created by mis-management of WordPress
  • Design and development of new templates/pages/features (where time scales allow)
  • Web hosting liaison and support

They do not cover:

  • Tech support – DNS or domain name management, email accounts, virus & security issues, operating system upgrades, etc.
  • Guarantees for website uptime or that your site will never be hacked
  • Legal advice (on issues such as GDPR or accessibility)
