I offer 4-day development sprints that are designed to get a lot done, quickly. When I’m working on a development sprint, that’s all I’m focused on – so you’re getting my undivided attention.

From experience, we know it can be frustrating with how long things can take. Your backlog and wishlist just keep growing. That’s where development sprints come in. We’ll discuss your backlog and prioritise what’s most important.

If you know you need to improve your website, but aren’t sure where to start, I recommend a WordPress audit.

How it works

  1. We start with an introductory call. We can talk through your website and the changes you’d like to make. We’ll priotise your list and give you realistic expectations of what can be accomplished in the sprint.
  2. Payment and scheduling. Once you’re happy to proceed and the contract has been signed and the invoice paid, I schedule the sprint.
  3. Follow-up questions. Once scheduled, I’ll send out a list of requirements and questions prior to the sprint taking place. I’ll need full code access to the website.
  4. Sprint takes place. I’ll work through the list of tasks we agreed upon, updating you as I go.
  5. 14 days support. Following the sprint, I’ll provde 14 days of email support if you have any questions or issues with the work that was carried out.

Examples of recent sprints

Sprints are great for feature improvements, design changes, new templates, and more. Here’s some examples of work we’ve completed recently via sprints:

  • Added new custom Gutenberg blocks to a project to allow writers to add more dynamic elements to posts
  • Accessibility improvements following an audit, covering WCAG AA spec
  • Made performance improvements, helping improve their Google Page Insights score for both mobile and desktop
